Chicago Gourmet, the annual celebration in Millennium Park Sept. 19-24, marks its 10th anniversary the best way it knows how—with 10 one-of-a-kind ancillary food-and-wine experiences. Here are four to whet your appetites.

1. House Rules Frank Lloyd Wright’s Robie House in Hyde Park, one of the best examples of Prairie-style architecture, is stunning on its own. But Sept. 20, it gets even better when chefs Matthias Merges and Carrie Nahabedian pair up to prepare a multicourse meal inside of it, along with wines from the Robert Mondavi Reserve collection. Tickets $225

2. Garden Party Celeb chef Rick Bayless puts his money where his mouth is with this Sept. 22 event with proceeds benefiting the Chicago Parks Foundation and Frontera Farmer Foundation. Start off with a cocktail in Bayless’ personal home garden before heading to The 606 for a multicourse farm-to-table experience with Casa Noble Tequila. Tickets $200

3. Well Staged The stage of Millennium Park’s Frank Gehry-designed Jay Pritzker Pavilion exchanges musicians for chefs at the Sept. 23 event. Local chefs Takashi Yagihashi and Aya Fukai join Ivan Orkin of Ivan Ramen NYC and Chef’s Table, along with Seattle-based Shota Nakajima, for a lavish multicourse Japanese dinner under the stars. Tickets $250

4. Field of Dreams Ballpark food gets an upgrade at this Sept. 23 event held at the Park at Wrigley. Local chefs, including Paul Kahan, Jimmy Bannos Jr., Jason Vincent, Jeff Mauro, Chris Pandel and Bill Kim create elevated interpretations of classic ballpark fare.
